1. Publisher and merchant of record
MaxTracker is published by VO10 Labs. Orders placed through this site are completed on Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record: Gumroad is the seller on the invoice, collects payment and any applicable taxes, and hosts the download.
2. Product
MaxTracker is a Max for Live MIDI device delivered as a download. It requires Ableton Live 12.2 or newer with Max for Live. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Price and taxes
Prices are shown on the pricing page. VAT, sales tax or equivalent is calculated by Gumroad at checkout according to your location and is added where applicable.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. Gumroad emails a receipt containing your download link, and the files remain available in your Gumroad library. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us.
5. Licence
Purchase grants the licence described in the licence agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the software.
6. The order is concluded with Gumroad
Gumroad, Inc. is the seller of record. The contract for the order itself — payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and the conditions that govern it — is concluded with Gumroad and governed by its own terms, which apply according to your country of residence. The present terms cover the product, its licence and its support.
7. Updates and support
Updates within the 1.x line are included at no cost: a new version replaces the files in your Gumroad library, reachable from the link you already have, and buyers are notified by email. Support is provided by email at the address on the support page. A future major version may be a separate paid product.
8. Liability
The software is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.
